Sanjay was baptized into the field of Direct Selling at Eureka Forbes Ltd. He has the privilege of being in the first batch of 16 FOS who started the revolution at Eureka Forbes Ltd in Mumbai.

Subsequently he did his BE (Electronics and Telecommunication) from BITs and MBA (Marketing and Systems) from Ohio State University, USA.

He has spent the last 23 years with brands like ICICI, Airtel, Tata Indicom, HPCL, Nestle, LG Electronics, HPCL and LIC in India and Chevron in USA and Western Africa. Till date he has trained about 12483 people on Selling Techniques with very specific focus on “Outreaching to the market” and Customer Interfacing

His experience transgresses fields like channel management, key account management, modern retail trade, customer service and retention, event management and Direct Selling. He is a very strong believer of manpower as the biggest asset for any industry and takes up target based training programs wherein post training, a measurable increment in output is guaranteed upfront.

The passion of sales flows from within by virtue of the hands on experience in Direct Selling over the years. Presently he is the Chief Knowledge Resource at Concept Consulting which has branches at Pune, Nagpur and Mumbai.

Concept Consulting imparts all its training programs with very specific focus on various aspects of Sales and Customer Service. It is a blissful experience to listen to him talk with live inputs on customer psychology, market dynamics and human behavior.
Mr. Sanjay Singh has written a book titled “Beg, Borrow or Sell”. This is under print at Macmillan. He is a visiting faculty in some of the premier Business Schools of the country.

 He is also a member of the advisory board of Delhi Public Schools in Pune, Ludhiana and Patna. Mr. Singh is a very active member of Direct Selling Association of India and a Fellow in Sales Management from Brooks University, USA.
